1, Our existed style
If you want see our quality of our products before making order, you can request us sending sample to you, choosing the sample you like on our webpage, tell us the item number, we can provide 3 free samples to you, but you should give us your account number(FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT) for freight collect, if you haven't an account of express, you can request express company picked sample in our company, you also can request us pay freight charge at our side, but you should pay the freight charge to us firstly.

2, Making new sample of your design
A, Making change on our design. You can change some part of our design, including the shape, the logo(for logo effect, please refer to "Catalogue"→"Technics"→"logo way" page), the finish(for finish effect, please refer to "Catalogue"→"Technics"→"finish"), this may involve some set up charge, so sample fee is request, how much is according to the technics and changes.

B, Making a brand new sample according to your sample or artwork.
You send us your artwork(the file format is .cdr, .ai, will be better, .pdf, .jpg are also ok), or send your actual sample if you have, we will tell you the mould charge of your design, after you pay the mould charge(for payment method, refer to "payment" page), we will making mould and do sample for your confirm, if you confirm the sample ok, then you can order with us, if we do the sample wrong and you are not satisfied with the sample, we will change and promote until you satisfied, if we couldn't reach your demand, we will refund the mould charge to you, however, this circumstance never happen till now.

1, Payment Term
A, For freight charge of free sample, 100% advanced payment.
B, For mould charge and set up charge, 100% advanced payemnt.
C, For small order (amount less than USD 2000), 100% advanced payment.
D, For usaully order, 30% deposit with order, blance pay after buyer inspected all the goods ok and before delivery, if buyer couldn't inspected the goods, balance pay upon copy of B/L.
E. 100% LC at sight,we don't accept L/C for small order)
